The Personal Properties Security Register (PPSR) provides a record ofALL motor vehicles and equipment currently under finance (encumbered).
The vendor (private seller) will be asked to prove beyond any doubt that they have the capacity to meet these requirements by supplying additional documentation confirming clear title.
